 Coach Taylor made Gladiators Spring Hockey an outstanding experience for our child. He is caring, dedicated, knowledgeable, and incredibly passionate about helping kids develop both on and off the ice.

What stood out most was how much he genuinely cared about every player, regardless of their skill level. He took the time to encourage each child, build their confidence, and make sure everyone felt included. His enthusiasm and love for the game were evident at every practice and carried over to the kids.

Most importantly, the players had a lot of fun while also improving their skills throughout the season. Coach Taylor created a positive environment that balanced hard work with enjoyment, and the results showed.

 Taylor’s Golden Gladiators is an outstanding spring hockey development program that has helped both of our sons significantly improve their hockey skills. Each session is thoughtfully structured, with the first half dedicated to skill development through focused drills and the second half providing the opportunity to apply those skills in a competitive scrimmage. Taylor and his coaching staff create a positive, encouraging environment while consistently challenging players to reach their full potential.

 My son Spencer played with the Golden Gladiators this spring. When we initially asked him if he wanted to play spring hockey his response was, "with Coach Taylor? I'm in". 

Taylor is one of Spencer's favorite hockey coaches. He pushes the kids to improve their skills while loving the game and being a good teammate.  The program was very well run. We found it the right balance during the spring... Respecting the fact that we want the kids to play outdoor sports in the spring, but still keep in hockey. It was a really good fit for us.

Our experience with the Golden Gladiators was great this spring. Taylor's love of the game and working with kids shines through in spades. Spencer's looking forward to getting back out on the ice with Taylor any chance he gets. Highly recommend this program.

 Golden Gladiators provided an exceptional development experience for my 11 year old daughter, helping improve her skills and build confidence to bring her game to the next level. The coaches are highly knowledgeable, patient, and committed to each player's growth, creating a positive and motivating environment both on and off the ice.  The training sessions are well organized, challenging, and engaging, offering an excellent balance of skill development, conditioning, and game-related situations. My daughter received regular positive feedback that helped her with growing confidence and improving her hockey IQ.  What stood out most to me was the quality of instruction and attention to detail. Rather than simply running players through drills and moving on, the coaches are actively engaged in teaching every step of the process. They consistently observe, provide feedback, and make corrections when players are not executing drills properly.

Tanner is a kid who wants to get better. He responds incredibly well to being challenged, coached with intention, and shown not just where the gaps are in his game, and what he can do to close them. That is what stood out about Taylor.

Taylor saw where he was at as a newer player, and still expected more from him. He didn't just let him participate — he coached him. He identified areas Tanner could improve, pushed him appropriately, and gave him an opportunity to develop alongside players with more experience.  As a parent, I really appreciated seeing someone recognize Tanner's potential without expecting him to already be further ahead than he was. That combination of patience, accountability, and genuine development made a huge difference.  Tanner walked away from this spring season more confident, more motivated, and with a much clearer understanding of what he needs to work on next. That's exactly what we wanted from spring hockey.  We're incredibly grateful to Taylor and this program.

All three of my kids participated in the Golden Gladiators program and absolutely loved it. I saw so much development in each of them, but probably the biggest shout-out I can give is that they never wanted to miss a session because they were having so much fun.  What I really appreciate about Coach Taylor is that he cares and meets each kid where they are, skill-wise. He gets to know them, figures out what they need to work on, and challenges them at the right level and in ways that work for them. With three kids who are all very different, I really appreciated that he didn’t take a one-size-fits-all approach.

I think Coach Taylor strikes a really great balance between helping kids grow and making sure they’re having fun while they do it. The kids are learning, being challenged and becoming better hockey players, but they’re also laughing and enjoying being on the ice. At the end of the day, that’s what I want for my kids; to keep developing while still loving the game.
